PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our Payment (deposit) Policies

  • For security and order deposits we accept bank-to-bank wire-transfers, Debit, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Union Pay.
  • Credit card deposits are limited to one transaction per agreement to maximum of $5000 only.
  • International customers must pay by wire-transfer ONLY.
  • British Columbia residents are subjected to 7% Provincial sales tax. 5% GST is applied to all orders.
  • Succeeding monthly lease and finance payments up to and including final payments shall be made through automatic debit from a registered financial institution only.

Our Shipping Policies

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 5pm PST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Options and Rates

All Hourglass Watch and Jewelry Corp packages are shipped insured via Loomis or Fed-Ex. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are provided with a tracking numbers which can be used to locate/track the order from the shippers website.

 

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes several items, they may be sent to you in individual packages. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific package and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.
