We hope that you love what you purchased from Hourglass Watch and Jewelry Corp ("Hourglass"). But in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.



Returns of merchandise can be accepted within 3 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original pre-sold condition. Hourglass strongly recommends customers be sure of the product purchased. We will honor returns within 3 days should the merchandize received not be as described. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns as a result of “buyers remorse”

Hold Policy

Hourglass will hold refunds for up to 2 business days from receipt of goods until goods have been inspected and verified as original by our in-house master watchmaker.


How to Return Merchandise by Mail

  • Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Mail us your item(s) enclosing all original materials and a copy of the RMA provided.

We will deduct a restocking fee of 3.5% to a maximum of $500 from your refund. Shipping and associated insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for the product and any/all costs incurred until the merchandise has been received and inspected as whole by Hourglass. We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.



Unfortunately due to the nature of the products sold, Hourglass does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased from us.
